Deleting your account
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile, your sessions and their lap data, vehicles, tyre pressures, saved devices, team memberships, and every session file backed up to our cloud storage. Nothing is retained afterwards.
When it happens
Your account is signed out on every device immediately, and permanently erased 30 days later. Those 30 days are a grace period, not a retention period: if you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled and your account carries on as before. After the 30 days it cannot be recovered.
What this does not do
It does not cancel a paid subscription. Apple and Google do not let us cancel on your behalf — cancel it yourself in the App Store or Google Play, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
Data on your own device
Sessions stored on your phone are erased from that device as part of the same step. LapperSnapper works without an account, so you can keep using it locally afterwards.
If you no longer have the app
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
