AiM MyChron
Sessions over WiFi, right in the paddock. No laptop, no Race Studio.
What it needs: an AiM MyChron 5, 5S, or 6 with GPS.
How data gets in: connect your phone to the MyChron's WiFi and pull sessions off the logger between runs. No SD-card shuffle, no desktop software.
What you get out: the full engine — racing line, sectors, ultimate lap, corner-by-corner losses, traction circle, lap comparison, per-track history — plus every logger channel (RPM and more) charted.
RaceBox
Straight off the device, over Bluetooth. Full analysis from high-rate GPS.
What it needs: a RaceBox Mini, Mini S, or Micro — connected over Bluetooth, or its .ubx session file.
How data gets in: three ways — record live over Bluetooth, download a Mini S or Micro's onboard recordings straight off the device, or load a .ubx file from Files or the share sheet.
What you get out: the full engine, built on RaceBox's high-rate GPS — racing line, sectors, ultimate lap, corner losses, traction, comparison, history.
GoPro
The footage you already shot is a data logger.
What it needs: a GoPro that records GPS telemetry (GPS turned on).
How data gets in: load the .mp4 — LapperSnapper reads the GPMF telemetry straight out of the video file.
What you get out: the full engine, plus the video chapter: playback with telemetry overlaid, and lap-clip export with speed, delta, and the map burned in.
Your phone
No hardware, no excuse.
What it needs: just your phone.
How data gets in: hit Record. The app logs your session with the phone's GPS.
What you get out: the full engine on every recorded session — and the live predictive HUD (Pro) while you drive.
